Rental fee is $50.00 per day. 

• No alcohol on the premises and no smoking in the building. 
• Do not attach posters or signs to the premises that will damage the property.
• The heat should be turned down to 50 degrees and all doors locked.
• Please turn off ceiling fans and lights.
• Please turn off outside lights.
• The floor needs to be swept clean and free of spills. Brooms are available.
• There is no trash service, so please take your trash with you.
